Blow-Fill-Seal Technique

The Blow Fill Seal Technique has been developed so that formation of the container, filling and sealing takes place in a single machine under a controlled environment that enables the packaging of a pharmaceutical liquid in an aseptic manner.

The following picture show the major phases in the integrated packaging of parenteral solutions using the AFP system.

Aseptic packaging process:

As the container is made, filled and sealed within a single machine and the process is protected using a sterile air shower and additionally, all process media (solution, air etc.) are sterile filtered, the

chance of contamination is very remote. Adding to the fact that during the whole cycle, open

containers remain exposed to the clean room air for less than 1.5 seconds, the Blow-Fill-Seal technology becomes the process of choice where contamination of particle matter and microbial contamination is a primary concern.

This high speed linear bottle blowing machine suitable for PP infusion bottle or bags .the single cavity output can reach 2000pcs per hour.


High Speed PP Infusion Bottle Blowing Machine Feature:

Bottle preforms access system: preform delivery, preform discharge, and preform transfer device can automatically detect the number of preforms, realize automatic switching between operation running and stopping, and reduce energy consumption.

The spacing of the pallets of the machine is moderate, the machine runs smoothly and reliably, the bottle is well formed, the dense stainless steel pallet is conveyed, no dust adsorption, and the imported chain drive.

Heating system: heating by infrared tube, penetrating the preform to make the stretching more uniform, high transparency, short heating time, low energy consumption, high productivity, and each tube can adjust the temperature separately. According to the different preforms, it can also be adjusted up and down, front and back (marked with a scale).

The high-precision voltage regulating module temperature control system precisely controls the heating temperature of each point of the preform, and the accurate temperature signal feedback system can improve the molding rate of the bottle and reduce the material and energy consumption.

The servo drive robot arm transmits the preform quickly and accurately, with simple structure and reliable performance to send the preforms. The bottle taking robot is arranged separately, the machine movement is more flexible, the operation is more stable, and the bottle blowing cycle is shortened.

This machine adopts the servo stretching system to precisely control the stretching speed and stroke, so that the bottle wall is evenly formed; the stretching position can be made to make the bottom of the forming bottle evenly symmetrical; when the bottle type is changed, only the pointing on the touch screen can be completed. Stretch adjustment, easy to operate. Pre-blowing, the blowing cycle time can be adjusted and the flexibility is high.

It adopts the servo (cylinder) opening and closing mold, double hinge device, advanced structure, high positioning accuracy, light movement and excellent performance, which makes the whole machine run reliably, the preform heating is stable, and the output and yield rate can be improved. The hinged clamping device and the high-pressure cylinder clamping structure make the bottle have no edging and the parting line is small.

PLC control system: full automatic control of the whole machine, PLC micro-computer signal processing, touch screen human-machine interface, simple and convenient operation, superior performance. The control system is easy to operate, has a complete monitoring and sensing setting, and has a fault diagnosis function that is, automatically counts the production efficiency of the class; and achieves the utility of human-machine dialogue. Program optimization control, when there is no preform, the mold clamping and the robot do not move, reducing machine wear and reducing air consumption.

Choose first-class suppliers, such as pneumatic components, mainly use FESTO/SMC products. The main electrical components are from Omron, Fuji Mitsubishi, Siemens and other companies, which make the machine reliable and long service life.

Multi-point emergency stop control to ensure timely shutdown when a fault occurs, to ensure equipment safety, with machine operation position monitoring function, operation is not in place, fault occurs, alarm can be immediately, and automatic shutdown is pending, PLC can monitor the running status at any time, self-diagnosis The point at which the equipment failure occurred and indicates the cause of the failure.

The replacement mold adopts the pin positioning method, and the pin positioning is arranged on the mold back plate, which can be replaced in a short time.

All stainless steel gas storage tank, stainless steel high pressure gas pipeline joint, high precision filter, make the blowing gas dry and clean.
